Chinese Cut

We scored a century, yes we did

February 6, 2009 · 4 Comments

We, at Chinese cut, have scored a century of posts. Yes, this is our 100th post.

The journey began in March 2008, and its nice to reach a hundred posts in eleven months time.

We started with debating on how important it was to preserve the virginity of cricket in India, with the T20 euphoria trying to Bollywoodize it.

We reproduced our article on Sportsmanship written for MSN India two months later in this blogspace, to discuss the events and their implications of the acrimonous Sydney test of 2008.

We then took a look at Cricket broadcasting in India, the big players and the not-so-good ones. We stood against Harbhajan Singh and recommended his ouster, ending up earning the wrath of the common Indian public.

We were quite negative about the IPL, but we still covered the series like no-other.

We have then on covered almost every match that India played, either at home or away.

We have expressed our opinions on numerous issues related to cricket.

We expressed our interest to coach New Zealand, compared cricketers to stocks, and partnered with professional writers David and Philip.

We shall still be privately-owned and written, but are not averse to future associations with professional writers.

We will continue to write, as much as we can, and keep you entertained.

Thank you.
